Staff have been working hard both on-site and at home to prepare for Term Three's Remote Learning.
Remote Learning will be moving online, with Chromebooks (Laptops) and 4G Wi-Fi dongles available to loan through the school. Seesaw will be used as the primary means of communication and distribution of Remote Learning.
Student workload
During this transition to Remote Learning online, it is important to recognise that some students will complete more or less work than they would have done at school. This is perfectly okay.
It is important to upload your work to Seesaw so that your teacher can see what you have been doing and know how to support you.
If you require extra tasks for your child, please see the Extra Activities links in the Remote Learning menu.
As we prepare for remote learning to go online, staff have been working to increase the capabilities of the Seesaw platform. This platform is a secure way of teachers communicating with students and assigning learning. It allows students to interact with their teacher and share the work they have been completing. Furthermore Seesaw allows parents and teachers to communicate.
Remote learning on Seesaw will not begin until Term 2, however you and your child may choose to begin interacting with the teacher now.
